We had the awesome privilege of taking a tour of The Farm on Ogden. Thank you so much to Windy City Harvest, The Chicago Botanical Gardens, and Lawndale Christian Health Center for making this possible. What an amazing learning opportunity right here in our community! Spring is around the corner and so it was so neat to prepare our minds to plant seedlings and get ready for summer gardening by exploring and learning from this amazing aquaponics farm! We had lots of questions, tried samples, and learned so much about their unique growing process that was inspired from ancient Mayan traditions!
